Pre-requisites:
At least 2 years of the fitness industry and personal training experience.
At least 2 years of past work experience in management, service line, or startup.
Portray yourself as a healthy role model in the area of fitness level, body composition, communication, and character both online and offline.
Have the time and capacity to commit to the challenges and stringent selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop mastery over MOVE’s operational systems, culture, and work rhythms to lead the team.
Lead and inspire your team of personal trainers to uphold a standard of excellence for the clients and the organization.
Ensure studio performance is thriving by meeting the KPIs and standards of the organization.
Taking care of both the operations & the wellbeing of team members through organized and organic meet ups.
Act as an effective communicator that delivers messages to stakeholders in a timely and influential way.
Recruit, cultivate & retain team members to be purpose, passion & value driven and also have financial intelligence.
Plan & conduct high quality effective & efficient meetings that allow team members to be inspired and have clarity on taking action.

Your journey with the Education House starting as an edu-trainer will involve a commitment to participate in various tasks and meetings, enhance your critical thinking capabilities, and polish your skills in facilitating and teaching—a process we are dedicated to supporting through structured training programs. This foundational experience aims to pave your path toward becoming an esteemed Edu-Trainer with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational (Guiding and supporting coaches’ science and art of coaching):
Facilitating weekly Edu-huddles with the assistance of Edu-Rhythm content to improve the quality and standard of coaches
Assisting and possibly conducting future courses.
System (Onboard, support and administer various systems within Education House):
Participate in Education House’s weekly meeting with Educators and other Edu-Trainers
Onboard new recruits’ learning of MOVE’s educational related content and our Move Lifestyle App (MLA) & Live More Kickstarter (LMK) systems
Support and check-ins for MLA & LMK (May include possible updates and tidying up of both systems)
Administer various proficiency tests
Basic Proficiency Test (for new recruits)
LMK Proficiency Test (after LMK learning)
AoC I Proficiency Test (after AoC I learning)
MCE I Proficiency Test (after MCE I learning)
Quality Control (Monitor and maintain a high standard of coaching):
Quality check exercises taught by coaches to their respective clients
If in doubt, always go with the approach of “why does a coach do what he does?” in a tactful way
Assessing coaches’ testimonial scoring for tiering up purposes
May include assessing coaches from other studios
Edu-Marketing (Educational and marketing, predominantly through social media):
Partake in Edu-Marketing activities for various purposes

Recruitment
Personal branding / exposure
Provide guidance and support for any social media postings that may require Education House’s involvement

MOVE is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Branch Pioneer to lead our expansion efforts and manage new branch operations. This role is designed for individuals who are not just leaders but pioneers in the truest sense. As a Branch Pioneer, you will be responsible for spearheading the opening of new branches, leveraging your extensive experience and network to ensure the success and growth of each location. This position goes beyond the responsibilities of a head manager by adding the critical tasks of branch establishment and strategic networking to the role.
Responsibilities:
Branch Development: Lead the establishment of new branches, including location scouting, design, setup, and operational launch, with a keen eye for leveraging market opportunities. This will be done with the leadership of Set-up Manager of the respective branch & Expansion Manager in MOVE.
Leadership & Management: Continue performing all head managerial duties with excellence, including leading the team, task delegation, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Growth Mindset: Display an unyielding hunger for growth, demonstrating resilience and a positive outlook even in challenging situations.
Risk & Reward Management: Exhibit a higher appetite for risk, paired with the expectation for corresponding rewards, navigating the uncertainties of new branch openings with confidence and strategic foresight.
Decision Making: Utilize exceptional judgment to make well-considered decisions in high-pressure situations, ensuring the stability and growth of the branch.
Motivation & Resilience: Maintain morale and motivation within your team, especially during significant changes such as price adjustments or strategic pivots, through effective communication and leadership.

Build and maintain connections with high-value individuals and potential investors to support branch growth.
Mobility: The ideal candidate must be highly mobile, willing to travel, and relocate as necessary to new locations to oversee the development and opening of new branches, embodying the spirit of adventure and adaptability that defines a true pioneer.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Manager or in a similar role, with an at least 2 years track record of successfully managing a team.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively under various circumstances.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and maintain composure under pressure.
Robust network within the city, including familiarity with potential locations, trainers, and high-net-worth individuals.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of motivating a team and managing stakeholder expectations adeptly.

The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a critical role in supporting the company’s leadership by acting as the backbone for daily operations, financial management, and administrative tasks. This individual will focus on “firefighting” to handle urgent, high-priority tasks, allowing the executives and directors to focus on strategic growth, travel, and building critical systems. The EA must be highly resourceful, organized, and trustworthy, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while upholding the company’s best interests.
This position is vital to building a strong defensive system for the company during aggressive expansion efforts. By managing daily operations, finances, and administrative tasks, the EA ensures that the leadership team can focus on their core strengths, driving growth and innovation without distractions.
Core Functions:
Firefighting and Daily Operations
Take over urgent, non-automated firefighting tasks to free up executives’ time for building and strategic processes.
Address daily operational issues, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
Handle tasks requiring immediate attention, such as finance-related approvals, operational fixes, and follow-ups.
Finance Gatekeeper
Manage payments for HQ claims and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain a centralized log for executiveS' claims across global and country companies.
Verify and approve payrolls prepared by HR Relations.
Monitor and control budgets for different departments or houses, providing timely notifications for overspending.
Maintain organized payment logs and receipts for future reference.
Leadership and Coordination
Lead and train Country Operations Coordinators to ensure consistency and efficiency across regions.
Organize rhythmic meetings with Country Operations Coordinators to improve the experience for executives, directors, and country teams, focusing on driving company growth.
Hospitality and Travel Coordination
Arrange transportation, itineraries, accommodations, and schedules for country managers and other executives.
Manage meeting logistics, including note-taking and extracting actionable points using AI tools for quick delivery.
Coordinate flight bookings, event setups, and travel schedules for executives.
Administrative Support
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as renewing licenses, signing documents, and managing public liability insurance.
Prepare and submit forms for bank accounts, loans, and other financial activities.
