● Strategic Goal Alignment: While the CEO sets the overall company goals, the Director is responsible for independently defining and executing the educational department's strategy to support that vision.
● Networking & Collaboration: A key external function is to build and maintain relationships with industry players and healthcare professionals. This networking serves a mix of purposes, including recruitment, curriculum development, and brand building.

● Performance Management: The Director will monitor ETs' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes ensuring that ETs meet with each of their coaches twice a month ("Know Your Coaches") and that coaches are successfully passing their monthly quizzes (scoring above 5 out of 10) to validate the effectiveness of the ET's teaching.
● Facilitation & Observation: The Director will act as a facilitator in "Edu-meetings," where ETs challenge one another, stepping in to provide direction when needed. For "Edu-huddles," the Director's role is purely observational, providing feedback on the ET's delivery, especially for branches with less frequent physical contact.
Educational Systems & Operations
● Curriculum Oversight (Edu-Rhythm): The Director oversees the "Edu-Rhythm," a system of three 13-week semesters per year. The Director introduces specific themes each semester, which ETs then use to design their "Edu-huddles" for the coaches. The success of this teaching is measured by the monthly coach quizzes.

The ideal candidate combines strategic planning, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to inform scalable, performance-led advertising decisions while respecting local market nuances.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of paid media strategies and testing frameworks aligned with business goals across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
- Define audience segmentation hypotheses, targeting frameworks, funnel logic, and media mix recommendations to inform performance
testing and optimisation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and landscape shifts within each market.
Campaign Design & Testing Frameworks
- Translate business and brand objectives into clear ad angles, creative briefs, and test hypotheses.
- Design campaign structures and learning agendas to be executed by performance marketing.
- Design and create static ad visuals (e.g. image ads, simple carousels) for paid media testing, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance objectives.
- Provide clear content direction for video ads, including hooks, messaging structure, visual intent, and on-screen copy, to guide internal shoots or external creators.
- Partner with performance marketing to interpret test outcomes and refine strategic direction.
- Ensure creative ideas are performance-informed, brand-aligned, and scalable across markets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define success criteria and learning metrics in collaboration with performance marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Render insights through regular reporting and performance reviews, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to extract insights that inform future creative and strategic planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (brand, content, creative, operations, and analytics) to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand narratives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives as needed for execution support and campaign amplification.
- Act as the strategic bridge between brand, creative, and performance marketing teams.
Budget & Resource Management
- Support budget planning through strategic recommendations, scenario modelling, and prioritization guidance.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and emerging formats from a strategy and planning perspective, and recommend new approaches for testing.
- Recommend innovative approaches or tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising strategy, performance marketing, or paid media roles, preferably with regional scope (SEA) or multi-market campaigns.

- Prior experience working within or alongside marketing teams in Malaysia, Thailand, or Singapore is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strategic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong competency in data analysis, KPIs, campaign measurement frameworks, and optimisation methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking (UTMs, pixels, SKAN/aggregated reporting where applicable), and attribution modeling.
Soft Skills
- Strong strategic thinker with analytical rigor and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai and/or additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Highly collaborative with a commitment to execution discipline and cross-functional partnership.
